Kevin Carroll

Kevin Carroll has been appointed managing director of innovation for Invest Ottawa, the successor to the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI) (R$, February 27/12). Carroll was previously interim CEO of Launch Lab, (formerly Elorin), the Regional Innovation Center for Eastern Ontario, under the umbrella of the Ontario Centres of Excellence within the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation. He also held the position of president at Kevin James Consulting Ltd. Carroll has more than 20 years experience in the information technology field including several senior positions at Nortel Networks Corp.
