Karen Kraft Sloan has been appointed Ambassador for the Environment, reporting to Cabinet on issues relating to the environment and sustainable development. Kraft Sloan was an MP for York-Simcoe and York North from 1993 to 2004. She holds an MES from York Univ. Kraft Sloan succeeds Gilbert Parent, who held the post from 2000 to 2005....
