Jim Roche has announced his departure as president and CEO of CANARIE but will remain until a successor is appointed. Roche has served as head of CANARIE twice — once on an interim basis in 2010 after the departure of Guy Bujold (R$, February 19/10) and again in 2011 following the resignation of Mark Roman (R$, October 17/11).
