Governance endowment created by new foundation

A $1.2-million endowment has been created for the Robert Bertram Doctoral Research Award at the nascent Canadian Foundation for Governance Research. Established by the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Foundation will match endowment income on a 1:1 basis.
