Eugene Polistuk has stepped down as CEO and board chair of Celestica Inc, Canada’s largest electronics manufacturing firm. Polistuk announced his decision after the company posted a US$165-million fourth quarter loss. Polistuk has ben head of Celestica since it was spun off from IBM Canada in 1994. He will be replaced on an interim basis by Stephen Delaney, president of Celestica's American operations....
