Energy S&T collaboration part of first NACC meeting

Energy ministers from Canada, the US and Mexico have agreed to develop recommendations for using science and R&D to improve clean energy supplies and establish a trilateral legal instrument on energy S&T collaboration. The agreement was part of the official launch of the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) which was first announced last March. The NACC is comprised of business leaders with each country providing 10 members who will meet annually. Other issues discussed at the June 15 meeting included security and infectious diseases management....
