EKOS Research Associates Inc has been commissioned to conduct an evaluation of the 19 Institutes comprising the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). EKOS will interview a variety of individuals from institute advisory boards, researchers, CIHR staff and stakeholders to gauge the effectiveness of the institutes and identify areas for improvement.
