EC released roadmap for research collaboration

The European Commission has released a roadmap of priority areas for future research collaboration under the massive FP7 research program and Canada figures prominently in several areas. These include marine and Arctic research, research infrastructure, health, bioeconomy, transport, aeronautics and energy. Quebec has already established a pool of funding for participating in FP7 programs and Alberta is seriously considering following suit.
