Dr Pierre Charest has been appointed VP research grants and scholarships at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, replacing the retiring Isabelle Blain. Charest is currently associate VP of NSERC's corporate policy and planning branch. He was previously DG science policy at Health Canada….
