Dr Henrich Guntermann has been appointed by the new board of directors of Dimethaid Research Inc, replacing embattled CEO Rebecca Keeler who was ousted by a new board last month. Guntermann is a German-based medical doctor and entrepreneur who will re-locate to Toronto from Germany. Dimethaid’s largest creditor is German businessman Friedrich Kuhne who is owed $28 million....
