Dr Duane Sniezek

Dr Duane Sniezek has been appointed director of TRLabs' Calgary operations with responsibilities that include expanding its labs' technology and applications research program and enhancing industry-university-government research relationships. Sniezek joined TRLabs Calgary in 2001 as technology transfer manager and was appointed COO of its Network for Emerging Wireless Technologies (NEWT) centre in 2002. Over a 25-year career in the technology industry, he has been involved at senior levels in several private and public firms. He holds BSc in both electrical engineering and computer science from the Univ of Saskatchewan and a diploma in electronics engineering technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology....
