Dr Bernhard Rabus has been selected as the inaugural chairholder of the NSERC Industrial Chair in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) at Simon Fraser Univ. The $2.25-million chair is jointly supported by SFU, MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates and the Canadian Space Agency. Rabus will focus on creating new technologies, improving data-processing methods for SAR and creating work-integrated learning initiatives for students....
