David O'Toole

David O'Toole has been appointed president and CEO of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) which collects and analyzes health and heath care information nationally. O'Toole is currently DM of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and has had a long career in the province's public sector with stints in the Cabinet Office, the Ontario Drug Benefit Program and Ministry of Northern Development, Mines and Forestry.
