CRC signs key wireless cooperation agreement

The Communications Research Centre (CRC) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Hong Kong Wireless Technology Association that will provide for access to testing facilities and new markets for technology transfer and licensing and establish the basis for future research collaboration. The agreement is considered a critical step towards accessing the Chinese market, considered a world leader in technology adoption and a potent test bed for new wireless products. The agreement also provides for joint promotional events such as trade missions, conferences and exhibitions. CRC is the Canadian government’s primary laboratory for advanced telecommunications R&D….
