CFI makes awards to research chair holders

The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) awarded $5.1 million in research infrastructure support for 38 newly appointed research chairs at 11 Canadian universities. The funding is part of the $250 million the CFI received in the last federal Budget to support the new Canada Research Chairs program, which will establish 2000 chairs across Canada over the next five years....
