Aventis Behring announces blood research awards

Aventis Behring Canada has announced 11 awards to Canadian researchers and research organizations exploring bleeding disorders such as hemophilia, surgical techniques and immunology. The awards are part of the firm's Canada Research Fund, which provides $750,000 annually to support medical research in collaboration with Canadian Blood Services and Héma-Québec.
