Anne Sado

Anne Sado has been appointed board chair of the Ontario Research and Innovation Optical Network (ORION), the province's high-speed research and innovation network, replacing Maxim Jean-Louis, president and CEO of Contact North/Contact Nord who steps down after a three-year term. Sado is president of George Brown College in Toronto and first joined the ORION board in 2004. Prior to joining George Brown, she was senior VP business processes and operational effectiveness at Bell Canada. Sado holds an industrial engineering degree and MBA from the Univ of Toronto. She was recently inducted into the U of T's Engineering Hall of Distinction….
