Andy Gilliland

Andy Gilliland has been appointed director of stakeholder relations at the National Research Council’s new National Institute of Nanotechnology (NINT) in Edmonton. Gilliland moves to NINT from the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) where he held the position of regional director for Albert and the Northwest Territories. He has been replaced at IRAP by Joan Barichello. She will have responsibility for the traditional business of assisting smaller firms in Alberta region, as well as ensuring that they benefit from NINT’s presence in the region....
