TPC assists Soucy track technology project

Technology Partnerships Canada is investing $8.9 million in a $29.7-million R&D project by Soucy International Inc for integrated traction and moulded rubber track technologies for military vehicles. The firm - a subsidiary of Portefeuille Soucy Inc with facilities in Drummondville, Sherbrooke and Saint-Jerome PQ – plans to develop new integrated traction systems for specialized military and industrial vehicles, replacing existing metal track systems. Soucy develops vehicle parts made of rubber, plastic, metal and composite materials for recreational, industrial, agricultural and military vehicles….
