John MacDonald has been appointed president and chief operating officer of AT&T Canada, succeeding Harry Truderrung. He joins CEO John McLennan at the helm of the firm, reuniting a management team that successfully repositioned Bell Canada in the mid 1990s. MacDonald began his telecom career with NBTel in 1977, rising through the ranks to became its president before leaving in 1994 to join Bell Canada. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Leitch Technology Corp....
