iNovia invests in on-line tracker technology

iNovia Capital has invested in Calgary-based Tynt Multimedia Inc to complete a $5-million financing round that includes angel investors and AVAC Ltd. Tynt will use the funding to further develop products for online publishers and Internet site operators. The company — founded in 2007 by three Calgary-based serial entrepreneurs — has patented technology that offers a tracer service to monitor and track users that copy content from a web site and attach attribution to the copied copyright content....
