IDRC and GAC fund food security scale-up

The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and Global Affairs Canada have launched six research projects under the $124-million Canadian International Food Security Research Fund to develop, test and apply ways to scale up innovations in food security and nutrition. The projects in Tanzania, Kenya, India, Ghana and Vietnam all include partnerships between R&D and business-oriented organizations from Canada and eligible developing countries.
